Cauldrons full of simmering beer with honey, spit cakes carefully being rotated by an open fire, and hundreds of traders from all around Lithuania selling different types of smoked meats, cheeses, gingerbreads, arts, and crafts — that’s an annual Lithuania’s Saint Casimir’s Fair in a nutshell.
